A unique assisted living memory care facility opened in the Fort Mill Township. It’s called Autumn Leaves. Autumn Leaves specializes in care for loved ones with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
Talk of the Town Carolinas went to the Autumn Leaves ribbon cutting ceremony on June 1st hosted by the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Patti Mercer interviewed Autumn Leaves Sales Director Monica Wojtkowski, The LaSalle Group’s President John Barbee, Regional Sales Director Jackie Love, and York County Regional Chamber of Commerce Wayne Elliot to find out more about Autumn Leaves specialized care.
The design of the newly constructed building and the care program at Autumns Leaves is specially designed to care for residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
Every employee at every Autumn Leaves assisted living community is trained in dementia care. The culinary staff at Autumn Leaves of Fort Mill is also trained specifically to recognize the needs of the individuals in our care.
At Autumn Leaves of Fort Mill, you’ll find abundant natural light, wide hallways, a secure courtyard, and many other features, all carefully designed to help create an environment that’s safe, secure, and soothing for our residents.
