		<description>Well…Walmart Lover it depends on how close you are to the Walmart. The bad news is if you live next door to Walmart, well that's not so good for home values. But a business may want the space if it can be rezoned. In that case, “Jed, pack up the kids were moving to Beverly Hills!”. Just think of the traffic you’ll have trying to sell. Many will see it 24 hours a day! :)
