One of the questions Carmen is asked frequently is “How are homes selling?” You may have noticed that there are not very many “For Sale” signs in the Lake Shore and Trailridge subdivisions. In total there are only 12 homes currently listed as ACTIVE and five other homes listed as UNDER CONTRACT. This is the lowest number of homes listed for sale in at least five years. Homes sales for these two subdivisions in Tega Cay are up 33% compared to last year. When comparing the same periods there were 27 homes sold in 2011 compared to 40 homes sold this year.
