I own 7.13c. of land at 1681 Gardendale Rd I would like to sell. I have had the property resurveyed and an appraisal done. I wondered if Drake developers or someone asso. with the new homes would be interested in purchasing it for a smaller contractor type developement. The property lies next to the land that was donated for the new fire department that is to be built. the right time to set the property to sell in the market make great change in demand and offers for the property like a complete and fully luxury house in the market but there are not the good or sufficient buyer in the market then the house will loose it importance and value.

We have seen Toll Brothers and DR Horton pull out of so many developments here in California. It is really sad, the land is just fenced with nothing going on.
