Thanks for the blog post and the link to the HGTV site. The video there is spot on. I’m just glad that the majority of people now opt to get a home inspection done. And property is starting to move again, foreclosures are down…it’s looking like it’s gonna be a fairly good 2011 afterall.

Being over bought is a biggie. Most first time buyers, dont understand how many more expensive things they need to get after the purchase.

I’m wanting to find out how can you stop the content from being removed over a youtube video on account of copyright. I really only want to see what material do you require to ensure that youtube will not take away the content. Like with music, when you use music from just like a CD as opposed to downloading it from like itunes? Can you deliver any suggestions?.
