Good news in the housing market for many areas of the country. Homes Sales are up! The National Association Realtor’s reports our region’s January 2013 homes sales were up an average 5.9% over last year January, but this maybe a short term trend.
What is interesting, NAR chief economist Lawrence Yun is revising his homes sales forecast DOWN for later this year due to depleting homes for sale inventory. We too are experiencing lower homes for sale inventory in Fort Mill and Tega Cay. You can listen to Yun’s predictions in the video above.
