Night picture of Downtown Charlotte

The 2008 city to city migration numbers are not as strong as 2007 but people are still relocating and the Charlotte Metro (includes Fort Mill SC) area is ranked 3rd according to a Forbes article.

Local Tega Cay friends recently pointed out a story to us that Lauren Sherman at Forbes published an article at the end of March titled “Ten Cities Where Americans Are Relocating”. The Forbes article ranked Charlotte 3rd most popular. I reported in March Charlotte Ranked the 7th fastest growing cities. So whats the difference? (more…)

Fall in Tega Cay SC is full of color. I decided to walk around parts of Tega Cay with a camera and found many stunning colorful shots. It was amazing how the leave colors changed the landscape. Many of the fall photos were taken just walking the miles of Tega Cay’s walking trails and the main Tega Cay drive which is the main street on the Lake Wylie peninsula portion of Tega Cay. While I was walking I saw many Tega Cay residents walking around with cameras on the same mission to capture the beautiful fall colors.
