Publix, a south east grocery chain, plans to build a 54,000 sq foot grocery store on a 3.5 acre property located at the corner of Gold Hill Road and Pleasant Road in the Fort Mill Township.

The proposed Publix grocery store would be the first in our Fort Mill, York County area. It would also be the first Publix location near Charlotte NC since Publix is primarily in the southern and western portions of South Carolina. (more…)
