An article in the Herald today states Carlos Café is closing and moving to Tega Cay because the restaurant ran out of space at their location

The City of Tega Cay announced Charlotte, N.C.-based Senior Living Communities will construct a $30 million premier retirement community, named Wellmore, in the Stonecrest Development located on SC Highway 160 near Wal-Mart.
