Tega Cay-Fort Mill Last 30 Day Home Sales Report Jan 21 2009
Whether you’re a current home seller, a home buyer, or a home owner many are asking me on a regular basis how home sales are doing in our Fort Mill and Tega Cay SC area. I try and post on a monthly or quarterly time period a home sales market report. Most of my reports are for the Fort Mill or Tega Cay “township” area. 9 homes sold in the last 30 days. There are approx 184 homes for sale in the 29708 zip code market that have 2-5 bedrooms and 1-5 bathrooms. Days on the market are running between 126 and 131 days. Sales price to asking ratio is approx 94% of asking.
