Continental Tire To Move HQ’s to Highway 160
Continental Tire of North America is moving its headquarters to Lancaster County near Indian Land from Charlotte. The new headquarters office is under construction and is located on Highway 160 near highway 521.
The building will be almost 75,0000 square feet office facility which is estimated to be a 11 million development project located in the MacMillan Park. Lancaster County is giving property tax incentives to Continental Tire for the move commitment that is estimated to be approximately $200,000. Continental Tire’s headquarters employees approximately 300 employees.

This morning, Chief Executive Matthias Schoenberg welcomed 150 visitors to officially open the 75,000-square-foot facility in MacMillan Business Park.
