well ist 2011 now and things certainly dont look better, te real estate market is picking up somewhat, I think though that things will turn around now, and quickly too.

I remember March 2010 it was a hard period I was jobless and we almost sold our house due to the high bills but thanks God now everything is back to normal.

We are hoping here in Texas that the lower and lower interest rates will start to move this economy. We are currently having trouble getting jumbo loans approved because of the credit markets being so tough.

I think that the greatest news is that for the second week in a row, average rates for 30-year mortgages stayed below 5 percent.
