Den 7 of BSA Pack 250 Tega Cay, SC Learns to Recycle
Here is a story about my son’s Cub Scout Den recycling project. I am faced with a dilemma. The project is at a Keller William’s office. So do I post this article being a local competing real estate office? Here’s the scoop. Alice and Kelly pictured below are new agents with Keller Williams. Real estate is all about knowledge, experience, people skills, and networking. It’s a people business. So why not promote fellow agents! Alice and Kelly, good luck with the new job. Below is Alice’s article about Den 7’s recycling project.
Alice Szatkowski and Kelly Cahill, Realtors®, with Keller Williams helped their sons Cub Scout Den 7 (Pack 250) set up their community service recycling project at Keller Williams in Baxter Village. They contacted Leslie G. Hatchell with York County who came and talked to the Den about the importance of recycling and showed them different things made from recycled material. Ms. Hatchell also provided the necessary receptacles. Each week a cub scout from Den 7 will empty the receptacles and bring the contents to the Baxter Recycling Center. If you have a business in need of recycling in York County, Leslie G. Hatchell, Recycling Educator/Coordinator can be contacted at (803)628-3181. Pictured are (top row) Kelly Cahill, Leslie G. Hatchell, Den Leader - Scott Miller, Alice Szatkowski; (Cub Scouts) Connor Cahill, Jonathan Patyk, Trammel Hewitt, Mathew Lake, Camden Miller, Jack Vidt, and Colin Szatkowski.
