Great forclosure info. What do you think the ratio of forclosures and short sales to regular listings out there?

Its always good to hear about foreclosure rates dropping in an area. 43 active foreclosure listing seems to be very low either way, Good luck with the real estate market in your town, i hope to see the foreclosure rates continue to decline. In the last few years working as a mortgage professional, i have seen first hand far too many struggling homeowners losing their life saving and homes because they were coaxed into signing crazy adjustable rate mortgages that they can no longer afford…:(

It’s encouraging to see the numbers increasing although this is a bit of an older post. It’s just going to take time to work all this to work it self out but we still have a ways to go.
