It’s a great way to spend the afternoon. The granite in our kitchen is wonderful, very easy to work on and clean. We love the extra trim in our bathroom showers, a nice finishing touch. Our gas fireplace is so easy to use and it really heats the house. It is a well built house- Saussy Burbank did a great job. Professional landscaping and sprinkler system. Bermuda grass (sod) is very drought tolerant. We love the pantry area and laundry room- with sink and lots of cabinets!! Sprinkler system tied to a separate water irrigation meter. THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT OUR HOME……….

The water literally is running off their rock piles!! The only downfall for bermuda in our area is it goes dormant in lower temperatures. So, while other lawns with fescue look very green for many months in the spring and fall, bermnuda lawns are brown. We seem to need a hybrid mix for our mix of temperatures. Some folks in our area have been using organic fertilizers and soil treatment on their fescue lawns and had some better luck holding on to greener lawns in the hot weather.
